Due eight weeks before the start of your program:

• Planning Questionnaire
• Participant Registration Forms: All student and adult participants, including teachers and other school staff, must submit an Online Registration Form. If you are a Group Coordinator and need registration information contact our Yosemite Operations team.

Due at least four weeks prior to the start of your program:

• Teacher Workbook: Your school-specific workbook contains the Learning Group Lists and Lodging Assignments. Contact our Yosemite Operations team for access.

Due upon arrival at NatureBridge:

• Volunteer Services Agreement (Spanish): Sign the National Park Service form that enables participation in park stewardship projects.

• NatureBridge Presentation (Spanish)- holding a parent or school meeting to provide more information about your NatureBridge trip? We created a powerpoint you can use. 
• Template Letter to Families (Spanish)
• One page flyer about NatureBridge Yosemite (Spanish)
• Lodging and Food Allergy FAQs
• Safety and Winter Weather in Yosemite
• Free Time Guide & Planner
• Fundraising Ideas
• Poster for your school (poster is 20"x30", we recommend printing at FedEx or Walgreens)
