• Planning Questionnaire
• Participant Registration Forms: All student and adult participants, including teachers and other school staff, must submit an Online Registration Form. If you are a Group Coordinator and need registration information contact our Prince William Forest Operations Team.

Due four weeks before the start of your program:

• Teacher Workbook: Your school-specific workbook contains the Learning Group Lists and Lodging Assignments. Contact our Prince William Forest Operations Team for access.
