School & Group Environmental Science at Olympic

In North America’s best remaining example of temperate rainforest, students study along the Elwha River, increase their scientific literacy, and learn to understand their roles as environmental stewards.

Rates and Availability

NatureBridge school and group programs can be booked for groups of up to 180 participants.

The rates below apply to groups with a minimum of 10 students and 2 adult teacher/chaperone participants. Tuition rates will be adjusted upward for smaller groups.

Tuition to NatureBridge's program in Olympic National Park includes:

  • Quality customized environmental science education
  • On-site lodging in heated, dormitory cabins on the shores of Lake Crescent
  • Home-style all-you-can-eat buffet meals

Optional Services

Groups may elect to include optional services in their programs that incur additional costs. These services include:

  • Additional off-site field trips (one off-site field trip is included in a 5-day program).
  • An additional day or partial day of instruction.

Discounts & Scholarships Available

  • Teachers attend free of charge (one teacher per 30 students).
  • Principal/Head of School attends free of charge (one per school).
  • Scholarships are available for qualified groups. In 2015-2016, approximately 40% of attending schools received scholarships totaling more than $200,000.
