October 2026 National Board Meeting in Yosemite

We’re excited to come together in person this October for our National Board Meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite.

The gathering will include additional events and opportunities to connect from Thursday, October 22 through Saturday, October 24, including program observation experiences and a tour of the NESC. For those arriving early, we’ll also host an informal dinner on the evening of Wednesday, October 21.

We warmly welcome families to join us and hope you’ll take advantage of this special opportunity to connect, collaborate, and enjoy time together in one of the world’s greatest living classrooms.

The closest major airport to Tenaya at Yosemite is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). It is located approximately 62 miles south of the lodge and offers an easy, straightforward 1.5-hour drive up CA-41 directly to the resort.

We have secured a room block at Tenaya Lodge, where we will be hosting our board meeting.

    One of the very closest options — a quiet bed-and-breakfast style stay just minutes from Tenaya Lodge and the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. Known for a cozy, personalized atmosphere. 
  2. Narrow Gauge Inn
    A classic mountain lodge with rustic Yosemite character, located about 1–2 miles from Tenaya Lodge along Highway 41. Convenient for groups and families. 
  3. Tin Lizzie Inn
    A more upscale boutique B&B experience with Victorian-style rooms and a quieter, intimate setting near Fish Camp. 
  4. Little Ahwahnee Inn Yosemite
    A luxury-style mountain inn/vacation rental option about 2 miles from Yosemite’s south entrance, good for small groups or extended family stays.
