We are delighted to gather in Washington, D.C. in October for our National Board meeting, a trip to our Mid-Atlantic campus, and Evening on the Hill with NatureBridge event from October 22, 2025 to October 24, 2025. Expect meaningful moments, great company, and a lot of fun along the way.

Wednesday, October 22 - Hill Day (Optional) #

12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (TBC): Legislative Meetings

  • You are invited to join Phil Kilbridge for a series of legislative meetings on Capitol Hill, where we will engage in conversations to advance NatureBridge’s mission.

Thursday, October 23 - MARE Campus Visit and Evening on the Hill with NatureBridge #

Washington, D.C. / Mid-Atlantic Campus / Arlo Hotel—Art DC Rooftop Bar
 

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: MARE campus visit, hike, and lunch (transportation provided) 

  • Coach departing from: Arlo Hotel, 333 G St NW, Washington, DC 20001 to NatureBridge, Cabin Camp 1, 16450 Pleasant Rd, Manassas, VA 20112
  • Timing:
             8:30am: Meet in the front lobby and check in with NB staff before boarding
             8:45am: Board the coach which will depart promptly from Arlo Hotel
             10:00am-1:00pm: MARE campus hike and lunch
             2:30pm: Coach returns to Arlo Hotel
  • Details: Two guided hike options will be available and lunch will be provided.
     

5:30-7:30 p.m.: Evening on the Hill with NatureBridge

  • Address: Arlo Hotel, Art DC Rooftop Bar, 333 G St NW, Washington, DC 20001
  • Details: Join us for a special evening at the rooftop bar, where you’ll enjoy an incredible view, cocktails, and heavy hors d’oeuvres. This special gathering, hosted by NatureBridge, will give us the opportunity to invite, connect and meet new friends who share a deep passion for our mission.

Friday, October 24 - National Board Meeting #

Arlo Hotel #

A room block has been secured at the Arlo Hotel for $279/night for all board members. Evening on the Hill with NatureBridge will be hosted at the hotel and will also be the convening locations for private coach departures/arrivals.
