The Golden Gate Campus Director (CD) is responsible for the leadership and management of NatureBridge’s Golden Gate Campus. The CD is responsible for the delivery of multi-day, overnight environmental science education and other revenue generation programs on site. The CD also represents NatureBridge and the campus with partners, funders and key stakeholders. The CD will lead the campus leadership team and collaborate and coordinate with National office functions and campus staff to help ensure efficient, safe and high quality participant and staff experiences. Staffing was reduced due to COVID-19, however is expected to grow over time as schools and students return to programs. As staffing stabilizes, the CD will oversee the campus’s annual budget of approximately $4.5M, supervise 20 staff, and partner with a 20-member regional board. The CD will advance NatureBridge’s vision, mission, and goals and uphold the beliefs and values that underpin campus culture.
