Due eight weeks before the start of your program:

• Planning Questionnaire
• Participant Registration Forms: All student and adult participants, including teachers and other school staff, must submit an Online Registration Form. If you are a Group Coordinator and need registration information contact gogaoperationsmanager@naturebridge.org.

Due at least four weeks prior to the start of your program:

• Teacher Workbook: Your school-specific workbook contains the Learning Group Lists. Contact gogaoperationsmanager@naturebridge.org for access.
