Meeting Space

Along the Pacific Coast in the Marin Headlands, our conference center provides an ideal atmosphere for successful retreats, seminars, meetings, and conferences. We pair our groups with the meeting room appropriate for their group size. Additional breakout rooms may be available. Please see our rates sheet for more information.

Sunset Building

With views overlooking the ocean and ample room for 100 people upstairs and 85 downstairs, the Sunset Building is the perfect scenic location for large events or meetings. A fully functional kitchen is available for groups using the Sunset Building.

Cypress Room

Located next to a beautiful cypress grove, the Cypress Room is a great location for your next large meeting or retreat. With its view of Rodeo Lagoon and convenient access to our parking lot and dining hall, your group will enjoy the natural setting with the conveniences of the modern world.
Also well suited for overnight guests, the Cypress Room is connected to the Pelican Dorm, one of our overnight accommodations.

Coast Room

The Coast Room is ideal for medium- to large-size groups. The Coast Room offers spectacular views of rolling hills, Rodeo Beach, and Rodeo Lagoon. The natural lighting and open atmosphere provide an inspiring setting for your meeting.

Capacity: 25-49

Raven Room

The Raven Room is the perfect location for your medium-sized retreat or conference. The room features an unforgettable view of Rodeo Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. The Raven Room is perfect for overnight guests looking for a little more privacy. The Raven Dorm has a conference room, dorm accommodations, and 4 semi-private rooms all in one.

Kestrel Room

The Kestrel Room is an intimate location for small retreats and meetings. Named for the smallest bird of prey in the Marin Headlands, it is adjacent to the dining hall and features views of the park's rolling hills.

Capacity: 23
