5:15 p.m. Registration Opens
We look forward to welcoming you. As you enter the lobby, please take the staircase or elevator on your left to the second floor, where the festivities will begin.
5:30-6:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception, Interactive Olympic Experiences, and Photo Booth
Enjoy craft cocktails and conversation with fellow NatureBridge supporters while capturing a keepsake photo against a Pacific Northwest-inspired backdrop and exploring interactive exhibits that bring NatureBridge's Olympic programs to life.
6:30-8:30 p.m. Dinner and Inspiring Stories
Share a beautiful meal and meaningful storytelling as our featured teacher speaker and the 2026 NatureBridge Olympic Student of the Year reflect on the transformative power of learning in Olympic National Park with NatureBridge.

What is the recommended attire?
Pacific Northwest chic—whether that's rustic chic or classic cocktail, whatever suits your style!

Is the event ADA accessible?
We are committed to hosting inclusive and accessible events that ensure all individuals, including those with disabilities, can fully participate. This event will be held on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator access. If you have any additional needs or specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Where will I park?
We recommend using the Russell Investment Center garage at the Seattle Art Museum, located directly across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel. The venue entrance is located on the south side of Union Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenues. Parking garage address: 1301 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. Total evening parking cost (beginning at 5:00pm) is $10.
