It's been over a month since our 2018 Shenandoah Scholars returned to their homes after experiencing the wilderness in Shenandoah National Park. Thanks to Alcoa Foundation, NatureBridge conducts an international, environmental immersion program for stellar high school students to connect with nature and sustainability issues while they also learn about each other’s cultures and backgrounds.

Now, it’s our Scholars’ turn to share their own experience through the Alcoa Scholars Program post-trip project. Scholars were asked to submit projects in any medium they saw fit, and we received blogs, videos, websites and even community presentations in which our Scholars shared the impact the program had on their worldview.
