Penelope Lie first experienced the power of NatureBridge (formerly Olympic Park Institute) in 2011 on a family trip to Lake Crescent as well hiking and camping in the treasured areas of Olympic National Park including the Hoh Rain Forest, Rialto Beach, Lake Crescent, and Marymere Falls.
Penelope most recently served as Global Vice President, Oracle Health. She led Oracle’s solution efforts for COVID-19 and other infectious diseases as well as leading innovation and delivery of healthcare solutions for Oracle customers and partners. She has held multiple roles in product management, business operations, healthcare industry strategy, and enablement in healthcare and life sciences including clinical research and trial management.
Prior to Oracle, Penelope co-founded a venture funded-startup for healthcare as well as managed healthcare consulting engagements at McKinsey and other consulting firms.
She has previously served on the Board of Trustees for Bloodworks Northwest and currently volunteers with Hopelink that provides critical social services in the Seattle area.
Penelope holds a Master of Public Health from University of California Berkley School of Public Health; a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley; and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College.
Penelope currently lives in the Pacific Northwest.
