Krista has been an outdoor enthusiast since childhood. Her dearest memories center on time in nature with family and friends, including hut-to-hut hikes to Mount Katahdin with her grandfather, her wedding in Yosemite, rim-to-rim Grand Canyon treks with her sisters, and community sunrise cold plunges that she participates in to this day in the SF Bay.
She was introduced to NatureBridge when her 5th grade daughter attended the program and was immediately drawn to the mission of connecting kids with nature to instill a sense of stewardship for the planet. As a board member, Krista hopes to bring her expertise in partnerships, her connection to the tech industry, and her perspective as a parent of school age kids, to help sustain a healthy NatureBridge organization.
Krista has 25+ years of experience in tech, education, and strategy consulting.
