Nestled among the ancient forests, glacial lakes and towering mountains of Olympic National Park, our campus provides a beautiful natural setting for your retreat or meeting. With multiple meeting rooms and cabins that can accommodate up to 150 people, the lush surroundings and stunning views of Lake Crescent will be sure to leave guests inspired, energized and more connected. In addition to meeting spaces, our retreat center includes access to hiking trails, campfires and fresh, delicious meals.

Whether you’re having a small meeting or a large conference – we have a meeting space to accommodate any group. All meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed wireless internet, LCD projector and projector screen, whiteboards and markers.
Storm King Hall is our largest and newest building on campus. It provides all of the modern amenities with a view of the old growth forest at every window. This building can be left open to create a single spacious room or divided into smaller sections for breakout groups.

The Cedar Room is a gorgeous meeting space located on the west end of historic Rosemary Inn. It captures the historic feel of the Inn while providing comfortable meeting space for up to 70 guests. Classic windows look north to the old growth forest and south to Lake Crescent.

Guests enjoy hearty, delicious meals prepared and served in historic Rosemary Inn with views of Lake Crescent and Pyramid Peak.
Our modern and historic cabins can accommodate up to 150 people. Although our lodgings are rustic, they are warm and comfortable.
Our standard cabins are modern, heated and air-conditioned cabins that can accommodate 12–120 guests. Each cabin has four or six private rooms and each room sleeps two to six guests. Cabins have their own restrooms and showers or are located adjacent to a shared bathhouse. Wheelchair accessible facilities are available.
Our historic cabins have a unique charm and feature the historical construction of our property. Each cabin is different in layout and size, accommodate two to seven guests and include a private restroom.
All reservations include lodging, meeting space, meals and of course, access to the wonderful trails and national park environment right out our front door. Single day programs include lunch, one night programs include two meals (dinner and breakfast) and all multi-night programs include three meals per night of stay. Linens are available for an additional, modest charge, or you are welcome to provide your own.

Insurance Requirements
You are required to purchase a liability insurance policy to host a group on our campus; this is for your protection as well as ours. The policy needs to meet our insurance requirements for policy limits in amounts not less than those stated below:
Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) insurance with limits of liability of not less than: Bodily Injury - $1 million ($1,000,000) each person per occurrence/aggregate; Property Damage - $1 million ($1,000,000) per occurrence/aggregate. This policy shall cover, among other risks, contractual liability, personal injury, premises liability, and advertising injury, with limits of liability identical to coverage for Bodily Injury as stated above. In the event of any of the Conference Guests are aged 17 years or younger, unless NatureBridge otherwise agrees in writing, the insurance required by this section shall include sexual abuse and molestation coverage of at least $1 million ($1,000,000) each person per occurrence.
Not less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Use Period, the Group shall deliver to NatureBridge a Certificate of Insurance which shall name NatureBridge, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers, as Additional Insureds. Such Certificate of Insurance shall provide that no modification, change or cancellation of any component of the insurance coverage shall be valid or enforceable as to NatureBridge until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date on which NatureBridge receives written notice of any such modification, change or cancellation. The Certificate of Insurance will certify that: the Comprehensive General Liability coverage contains a Severability of Interest provision; such coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to NatureBridge, its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers; and that any insurance or self-insurance maintained by NatureBridge shall be excess of and non-contributory with such insurance.

Contact our reservations team! We will work with you to review available dates and to plan a package that fits your group’s needs. A signed contract and non-refundable 25% deposit are required to book your reservation. Full balance and proof of insurance are due a month before your event takes place.

Because the group’s confirmed reservation creates a series of commitments for NatureBridge (i.e. turning away other groups, scheduling staff, ordering food, etc.), we are unable to refund deposits. Groups cancelling within 90-days of their scheduled event are responsible for the full balance of the program.
NatureBridge is, first and foremost, an outdoor education provider. Our campus is set up to host students and the majority of our rooms contain three bunk beds (six beds). We book three participants to a room for our conference and retreat attendees, so adults do not have to sleep on top bunks. Lodging is one of our greatest constraints, so we are unable to book fewer than three to a room without severely limiting our ability to accept reservations.
Our dining hall serves fresh, delicious meals buffet-style. Meal times are set, so be sure to plan your retreat so you can be on time. Check out our sample menu for an idea of what you’ll be enjoying while with us. At NatureBridge, the dining hall is a shared space with other groups on campus. Seating is open for all groups, and we ask all participants to bus their own tables.

Free, wireless internet is provided in common spaces throughout campus (classrooms and dining hall). It is not available in the cabins. Please note that we cannot fully guarantee the availability of internet access due to the possibility of bad weather or unforeseen technical issues here at our remote location. If an issue arises, we will strive to fix it as quickly as possible.
Verizon and AT&T wireless devices generally work on our campus. An emergency landline phone is located in the Fireside Room in the Rosemary Inn building (dining hall).
No alcohol is permitted when student groups are on campus. Please check with your organizer to determine whether student groups will be on campus during your conference or event. Our neighbor, Lake Crescent Lodge, is open from late April through November, and has a full bar available to the public.
NatureBridge is located approximately three hours west of Seattle on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. While we believe the trip to campus and this spectacular national park is well worth the travel time, we understand that coordinating this aspect of a trip can be daunting. Please see the 'Transportation Resources' link on the Planning page for suggested travel options. The nearest city is Port Angeles, WA and its downtown is located 20 miles east of campus.
NatureBridge has one modest parking lot on campus. We recommend carpooling or bus drop off whenever possible.
Olympic National Park allows camping in designated areas only. Our campus is not a designated camping area, so you cannot pitch tents or park RV’s on campus or in the parking area. The closest campgrounds are Fairholme Campground (approximately six – eight miles west of campus on Hwy 101) and Log Cabin Resort campground (approximately eight miles from campus on East Beach Road.)
